bed had wrinkled sheets weren't nice and inviting looked like they were used or left in laundry basket

with that , they come in a different package, so i stripped them myself and washed them in their laundry room

pool was not open. no breakfast.

the fitness center wasn't open.

add to my review did i mention the 12 people that walked in from the parking lot-with their own key card-and

would have liked non-pet room (we didn t have pets) but availability was limited

i would also add that they have a pool and hot tub well maintained and quite a pleasure after our travel

laundry bag gross film on it

was no one at the front desk to check us in rang the bell twice then i had to go find them in the laundry room

no counter in bathroom. towels leave a lot to be desired. no plastic laundry bag.

it was a pet friendly room so it had a funky smell but more like a cigarette. weird

we travel with our service dog, the app said it was pet friendly but we couldn t find on the app where to

i didn't like the pet

very professional, personable staff. fresh-cooked waffles for breakfast was a great treat.

best breakfast i've had in a while. good beds, slept like a rock. nice hot shower, good wifi.
