exceptional we immediately booked to return in november with our kids

two of the machines in the gym didn't work

the wifi was very poor and very difficult to hold a connection

the room was beautiful with a lake view, the dinner, bar and grill were all exceptional and breakfast too

the views,the walks,easy parking close to hotel,the food was excellent,staff good,will be back.

rooms were petite but had good tv channels & everything was clean & tidy within the rooms themselves

food in bar was delicious and barman was very welcoming, chatty and told them of areas to visit in area

i lost my wifi because of network change and found it difficult to locate the hotel

only downside was , we seemed to be quite close to laundry, and the washing machines were used during the night

weren't informed that the kids' pool wasn't open for the 2 days we stayed and brought our baby daughter here

the corridor outside our room was treated like the storage area for cleaning and laundry because the trolleys

there was a a few very large laundry bin parked in the hallway to our room which was very unsightly
