modern hotel. excellent food in restaurant. band playing in the bar. pool/sauna suite.

even though we were late to arrive, they happily made us a sandwich which was ordered from the bar at 10:30pm

added to that, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good sized tv and wifi

no room service after kitchen closed so no food from 8 pm on

disabled parking, by the time we got there the few spaces near the door were full, which meant an uphill

room was directly below what must have been the laundry room so in the mornings it was really noisy with staff

was very uncomfortable our room must have been below the laundry room because at 7am all we could hear was a

breakfast was excellent

wifi was not the strongest

noisy at 2am with customers leaving main street, also i should imagine the rooms nearer the main bar could hear

hotel situated in middle of town so everything within walking distance free parking at back of hotel

receptionist was very friendly. rooms immaculate. free parking.

stayed at the silverbirch a couple of times and it never disappoints - staff is really friendly, breakfast and

staff lovely, rooms lovely and breakfast fabulous sunday

only slight thing was i booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids

kids pasta was awful so my son only had sausages

spacious, bright and warm property with plenty of parking space.

plenty of parking and the noise wasn't too bad, considering the proximity to the road

location and facilities in the property plenty of space specifically for families with kids

wifi for duration of our stay; no information on local tourist attractions, no games etc in cottage

there were kids and adults and everyone loved it
