laundry room needs upgrade/renovation

no bonus breakfast sink not located in bathroom.no laundry bag.

should have instructions re: operation of tv and the wifi in our room #109 was poor to no connection at all

late check-in, convenient parking, room card that also opens the main reception door, free wifi

lotas of parking, but not enough disabled spots

fire alarm pulled 7am xmas morning. not laundry facilities on site.

the shower was fairly small. i couldn't get the fireplace to show any flame.

were gone quite early both mornings, the room was good, lots of room for us, comfy beds, separate kitchen, larger

i had the spa bath room and it was superb

a pool would be fantastic

can just unpack when i get home without having to do laundry

the in-house laundry is so convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful

room service was not at the proper time for us, but it didn't bring us a lot of discomfort

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

there are no signs that the laundry room is in a huge building

food can be a bit limiting, breakfast ends at 10 and no room service in the am

homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money

wish we had robes in the room so if we wanted to use the pool or hot tub we could use those rather than a towel

excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast.

to covid unfortunately the restaurant, bar, pool, room service and other amenities were not available, the rooms

mini golf and pool and ping pong was fun

our only complaint was we could hear someone doing their laundry quite late at night.

facilities were closed for corona virus (but was not made aware until after i paid for the room), laundry was

not sound proof enough, too close to laundry room

travelled on business and having a wifi or internet connection is paramount as my day does not end at check-in

only 1 working elevator sometimes waited 20 minutes for it to come only to find it full of dirty laundry

i had a hiccup with the laundry but it was resolved by front staff quickly

had to log into the free wifi every time i fired up my computer or returned to the property with my phone

midnight and kids/adults partying in the halls

once we got our keys we went to our room on the 4th floor, there were bags of garbage and laundry all down the

there was a half hour wait for the laundry
