was perfect, car park very handy, great staff, lovely room and good self service breakfast

sign for door to request room service, asked at reception 3 times for a sign and for rubbish to be removed from

whole hotel is just a pleasure overall, room,breakfast,bed not 1 complaint from me, and will be staying again

it didn t have drambuie at the bar on this occasion, but that was a minor error.

i loved room service and the love the staff and housekeepers and bar staff all friendly

there was a noise pretty much all night, sounds like laundry or something similar, so the sleep wasn't comfortable

30am by banging when laundry was delivered

enjoyed the bar food, reasonably priced and available through room service

have to say the absolute best thing about the hotel was phil the pianist who plays in the piano bar beside the

we didn't have any problems with noise at all, kids and i slept great

were scuffed in many areas where the cleaning staff had collided with the woodwork with their laundry boxes

rang laundry who hung up twice had to personally go and get new towels etc

staff were out of action, it would have made sense if they were repaired, especially when moving laundry

being able to use the gym and pool and the atrium and library

little dated, wifi a little troublesome in room, kept dropping signal which was quite frustrating

fantastic room size, comfortable & great room service

the quickness of the room service and the warm welcome at breakfast, followed by the very tasty breakfast

use the phone advertised in the room as it took me awhile to figure out which button to dial for room service

quite hot and when window opened to rear smells from nearby eateries came into the room service charged

for housekeeping to make the beds and change the towels during our stay and that there were guest laundry

they had an on-site coin laundry

reception also helped us to arrange a laundry service which was really appreciated

worst bugbear was a very noisy factory/laundry

the hotel itself was ok, but constantly walked passed a henry cleaner, always laundry bags left in secondary

no hardship but it would have been nice had someone just done that (no extra laundry charge occurred for that

the bar is a little haven to chill and relax in, whether you're going out for the night or just staying

the room was very big with a seating area and a separate kitchen

and welcoming staff , nice bar area , use of the dining room if you want to eat a takeaway and a well stocked

exceptionally good housekeeping staff, i had difficulty getting past the laundry trolley due to using a walking

they had definitely been through the laundry but still looked a little

room service ordered 2 jacket potatoes 1 had nearly no beans on the other was supposed to be

food when ordered via room service was timely and well made

fantastic facilities including casino, built-in chinese restaurant, spa, swimming pool, gym

the workout room and laundry were a nice surprise

a beautiful suite with a beautiful view and very useful facilities (such as gym and laundry room)

- lovely surprise - and had a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and

wifi worked fine in that room, suboptimal elsewhere

it was lovely to have a lounge and well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the welcome pack of a wholemeal

morning breakfast staff seemed as if they didn t want to be there, didn t see a smile on the 4 days i

clean room, excellent staff, lovey lounge and bar area

special mention should go to the lady serving at breakfast, she was very friendly, courteous and seemed to

everything was good. the breakfast was excellent. the room is pretty good.
