it seems like we had to walk a rather long distance from the parking lot to reach our room.

2nd nite; needed laundry facilities and was told the only dryer they had that was working had just quit that

no laundry or breakfast as stated..no pool.

there was a snack machine in the laundry room but it didn't have anything in it and appeared to be unplugged

i was next to the laundry room, the person above me walked loudly and the hum from the pool was loud

a laundry for guests to use, breakfast was great with a few hot options and every toppi g for oatmeal

not good food at all and the help in the kitchen had a bad attitude with everyone

this is also a cashless hotel so dont forget to bring your own change if you need to do laundry because if not

pet fees could have been waived (as during irma at a different alabama hotel)

the breakfast was very good and the tumble dryer in the laundry was free to

mirror frame, the curtain wouldn't close, the sink stopper would not come up, so the water would pool and then

outside swimming pool not easy to use in cooler weather and no hot tub

i enjoyed the breakfast especially the hot tea.
