wifi was useless, at least it was for my room

the computer room was a great service offered, as was the on-site laundry, and there was hot water always

guest laundry did not work. motel seemed out of extra coffee.

appreciated that it was pet friendly since we were in the area for bird hunting and had our hunting dog with

the swimming pool looked milky and bubbly like laundry was washed in it

previously a supply closet and has tile flooring directly outside of it and was across from the laundry facilities

having guest laundry available worked really well for us and we enjoyed the hot tub

one drawback was my room was across from the staff maintenance room and they ran the large laundry machines

motel can show better by for example close their laundry room door.

the wifi wasn t working

the staff was very helpful when i couldn't get the wifi working in my room

airport shuttle, precautions taken due to the pandemic, staff were very helpful

there should be a shuttle to and from the parking garage. we only had decaf kcups :(

i enjoyed starbucks coffee served in the laundry by in the morning

the motel is very nice inside but the front is just a big parking lot with no softness

when one our kids bought a snacks from the vending machines, they were all over a year expired

they also did not inform us that the hot tub was unavailable; so while the kids enjoyed the swimming the cool

i wish we had stayed at the other hotels even in the parking lot and across the street

was no password to the wifi, and the clerk could not tell me if it was secure

only bad thing was someone's kids above my room was jumping off the bed from 7pm to 10 and didn't get to sleep

friendly staff, clean place, good breakfast

kids loved that the pool was open until 12am, normally when we stay at hotels they close it early

wifi requires registering - it should be free without providing any data.

it had an unadvertised laundry that was so helpful. beautiful and clean room and facility.

appreciated having a nice laundry room available but would have loved to have a chair available to sit while

wasn t fully stocked (no laundry bags, ice bucket bag, coffee packets)

we also needed to do a load of laundry when we got there and they were all set with a really nice laundry
