burned out in laundry facility

i love that they have a laundry room

so was laundry

couldn't sleep and i started breaking out i thought it was from maybe the laundry soap they used by the next

i got a smoking room, but i think the ventilation was poor- the smoky smell was way too pungent even for us

but adequate breakfast, available laundry, close to good mexican restaurant, clean rooms

had a foul odor, my towels were damp (i'm not sure if they didn't get dried from the laundry, or if it was used

but there is a really nice laundry mat just a couple miles from the hotel (willow avenue express)

not much, breakfast bar ok

wifi did not work, bathroom was quaint but old. this place was rated at 3 stars, more like two.

for some reason we got scheduled for a pet and smoking room, and she asked me if that is what we needed

claims to be pet friendly but won't accommodate cats

parking was kinda eh

was good,never got to have an option of a pastry or a breakfast sandwich at any other

pool was closed, the sports bar was closed , would not allow early check in after requesting it at the time of

stayed there for our honeymoon and the decorated the room in rose petals and tea light candles before we arrived

didn't change towels but we were only there 2 days, pool was under renovation so not accessible

covid breakfast was difficult because microwave in room didn't thaw and cook properly.

the pool was not available nor was the the gym there was an alternative to go across the road and going to the

left too early to try the breakfast but the guy working the front desk was super friendly and helpful

the hotel provides ice, a vending machine for drinks, and self-serve laundry facilities if you need those

there was mold in the bathroom, limited parking, and the laundry machines were out of order.

and vaping is not the same as smoking tobacco

s what you expect for the price, rooms are outdated, i chose non smoking but our room smelled heavily of smoke

have a couple more handicap parking spaces

the pool water stay cold it was hard to swim in that

the indoor pool was great for these early spring months for the kids to enjoy

the stationary bike in the fitness room was broken

any other night we were told parking would have been an issue as the lots were full of trucks

lots of parking and luggage racks.

they were not loud or obnoxious, but they hung their laundry on the exterior balcony rails , and left their

pool, laundry and ice was available. clean rooms and was able to have my dog.

had not been vaccumed, no laundry bag, no access to front desk at 11:10pm no cream rinse told to go to walmart

door had to be shut hard to get it to close, pillows where to small they should have a machine in laundry room

was 60% empty but we were still put in the room next to the maid's laundry

the property was clean and pet friendly.

even though we had a non smoking room... i could still smell smoke in the room.

i had to stand and wait in the lobby for her to finish smoking

however it was very convenient and had ample parking

king bed was very comfortable rooms were nice and cozy and they still had smoking rooms available which was

the breakfast was great. it had something for all. love the roof top restaurant and bar area.

breakfast bar was fabulous. the children got what they liked and so did the 2 adults

t get room stocked with toilet paper and towels so i had to go to the office and all the way to laundry to

maybe need more towels in a room that fits 4 people and you have a pool.

loved the door leading outside which was very convenient for my pet

we were able to make use of the laundry facilities which was much appreciated
