simple, elegant room , very comfy bed, wonderful river view, good pool and spa pleasant staff

we did get room service for coffee and tea later in the day

nice clean and newer hotel. right on the water close to everything. free parking

were in an inside room that faced the parking lot

not even sure if the linens get cleaned so we were told we can get new ones from their laundry room

we had to go all the way to watertown to walmart to get towels for us and the kitchen

the room also has a kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and a full fridge) and there

my wife was very upset and refused to use the kitchen area

no one after 5 for wifi or tv issues

didn't like the fact that anyone could come into the gym and pool even if they were not guests

no room service. the corner shower was very tiny.

we loved everything but pool and hot tub need updating and a few other things.

wifi was too weak, useless.

gym area was small, only had a few items and was very hot- opened at 9am so if you want to get out

bed was comfortable. laundry room was great.

phil told me to stay out of his area (he was folding laundry when i found him) they are little children, he
