room mold on fridge had a smell cigarette butt in bathroom and it was supposed to be non smoking just not a good

people partied in parking lot until after midnight then got back up at 330 am arguing and screaming

parking was a little tight.

breakfast was great and the lady making the breakfast was always so pleasant

no nothing everything was very nice and clean and a nice breakfast

the pool is a nice touch, and the breakfast is way above what you think of when you think complimentary breakfast

breakfast area comfy, not crowded, food was good

the pool is closed currently, but that did not affect us in anyway, i would just like to note that

was a disaster we got in at 730pm and we were placed in a room opposite the very very noisy laundry and soda

the noisy sofa and laundry room which did not have a door to close out this loud sound.

pool was out of order and nobody told us ahead of time before our arrival :( we booked this hotel

of the staff came in and scolded me for being in the pool before she said it opened but pool door was left open

breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices

the gym was a little larger but i was the only one who i saw using it in the 2 days i was there so

in the fridge, the broken air conditioner in the lobby, the lack of dinner services, the broken pool, the broken

parking is tricky when the hotel is full. the bed was uncomfortable.

the guest laundry was broken, you can hear doors slamming outside until late at night.

they should not claim to be pet friendly if that's how they treat people
