access to diy laundry and to drying room was helpful

the pool is an added bonus

the lounge area near the bar was so relaxing and comfortable and again had beautiful views

great location, good parking we were a couple who had travelled up from derbyshire for a weekend break

a room at the rear of the hotel with its own parking area (and electric charging point)

didn't know there is laundry facilities

pools full of kids and swimming lessons when we were there probably just unlucky but made our planned hour in

the shuttle bus pick up from the ferry

the hotel app is okay but depends on having access to wifi which does drop out at the resort

excellent facilities, parking was slightly challenging, great room and friendly staff

booked this hotel because in previous reviews it had said there was a guest self service laundry

only niggle: noise sometimes at night from laundry below our room

all the staff are friendly, the bar is lively and the rooms are of the highest standard

room wasn't best suited to eating room service food

our room had carpet that looked like a pet had dug it up trying to get out of the door

could not connect to wifi in room 19

had dinner and breakfast there too, food and service brilliant

the hotel has a fab bar with an amazing whiskey collection and the staff are ace

couldn't get wifi though it is available.

great bar and delicious food, both evening meals and the cooked breakfasts in the morning
