additional golf carts would have enabled staff to more quickly transport us from our room up the steep hill to

the one bedroom guest house that i stayed in had a modern kitchen with all the appliances, cutlery, glassware

things like beach towels, fully equipped, kitchen, and details like scissors are all available

the property is very well designed and the kitchen is well appointed

the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, providing all the essentials we needed

pool, view and water taxi to town, all were very good and easy to access

shuttle ferry from the hotel to the main city of hamilton and a free shuttle bus to the beach and golf course

ocean salt water infinity pool by the ocean s edge was stunning and

pool resturant area was a little to staff heavy could be a little more relaxed less staff in that

we were told the bar area would open on the saturday providing bar food and drinks, but this was cancelled

wifi was down for 2 days

lighting in the bathroom could have been better and the pool was freezing

too bad the pool was being renovated and there was no hot tub.

they made sure we were able to get room service while we waiting for our covid release

room service was prompt but food was delivered in styrofoam containers and plastic bags which

we were allowed a late check out for no extra cost, which was much appreciated

the bar is a relaxing space with good nibbles and a nice pool table area that we really enjoyed

was only one restaurant open and staff could not get things right from pillows on pool chairs to housekeeping

loved having access to a golf cart anytime we wanted it

the golf course this time of year is lush as opposed to dried and brown as is sometimes the case in the

lunch and evening meals not good local kids allowed in to use facilities cost

the main pool could ve had more chairs and umbrellas. we had to lounge around the kiddie pool.
