paid for non smoking and the room was smoking and smelled horrible, walls dirty , uncomfortable bed

the cleanliness was superb and glad they would let me stay with my pet

non smoking room had a bad odour - smelled badly of cigaretes and smoke.

to walk outside and across parking lot to get to breakfast, if you are in the remote building

cleaning the pool very early (before 7am) were very loud and inconsiderate of guests directly next to the pool
