no laundry room for guest

nice staff check in and out, and nice staff helping breakfast as well

great people up front and the lady that made breakfast was as well.

room was clean and comfortable and bed slept wonderful, also, the complimentary morning breakfast was fantastic

parking lot seemed a little sketchy

room they put me in did not have a working heater and the plug for the spa bath or jetted bath tub did not fit

the parking was exceptionally large

clean. quiet. pleasing for the most part. would plan to return if parking was better planned.

kitchen staff were lovely. very clean, well supplied.

no laundry bag, no extra toilet paper in room

laundry area was dirty, microwave wasn't working, room was a tight fit space,

bed was to firm, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, no laundry bags, to noisy.

they are remodeling, and we neeeded to do laundry they let us use the hotel washers

no pet deposit or incidental deposit

balcony was awesome, views was great, guest laundry was convenient, jacuzzi was awesome, pool was clean and

there wasn t any labeling for the pool, it wasn t mentioned at check-in either

i felt like a patron at a dance club when the swimming pool was closing at 10pm on the dot

friendly staff. lovely atmosphere. love the spa and pool.

pool needed to be cleaned, but only had leaves in it so we still swam and had a great time.

beautiful property, well maintained, the pools are beautiful my kids enjoyed them the most.

the food!! the spa golfing the pools! it was all so good!

we drove over there and walked into an area which looked like a bar and asked if it was the slick rock grille
