the thing i enjoy most about the hotel is the pool and spa facilities

whole new play area, arcade for the kids were new additions and was quite great

we had a good chat with the manager at breakfast, which was great too

we were a judo group and kids were running about but staff were great with

it was hard to get wifi without help but help was readily available from the staff

my stay was brilliant and the breakfast was great

because it was raining, we decided to stay and eat in the hotel, and after a delicious gin in the bar downstairs

joe behind the bar was amazing with the kids, chatted to them and made them feel so special took their pictures

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

the kitchen was quite small with only two dining chairs, which made it difficult with four people

secure parking and a nice surprise was laundry for 4 pounds/load

she was wonderful to talk to and even offered that i could use the laundry to wash and dry my clothes instead

only thing i can think of was that we were not aware about the cold bar (fruits& yogurt+) in second dining room

guest house with wonderful, friendly staff :) the breakfast was fantastic and the location is perfect

a printed card in the bathroom invites guests, in reducing laundry, to hang towels on towel rails

window wouldn t close and the noise from the road kids wheel spinning etc kept us awake all

room service order for breakfast on our second morning was not collected, so instead of a nice

library bar is very cosy

we stayed for two nights and the hotel is located a short drive from the city centre and has free parking which

, don't get room 30 , continued slamming of the fire door entrance to the housekeeping area/laundry,like constantly

toast got stuck in toaster and was starting to burn, staff were lovely and friendly though, room laundry very

vent from the laundry was right outside our window which went on at 6:30 turned off at 8am

laundry room placed in the vicinity of guest rooms.

we were then given another room for disabled, ground floor at the back of hotel beside the laundry and bin area

we did have a smile entering the gates which led to the parking area
