floor was completely wheelchair friendly - huge bedroom and en-suite, comfortable sitting room, laundry room,

criticisms are not too easy access for disabled and limited and tight parking, especially for a larger vehicle

too much laundry hanging around every corridor and beside lifts i paid good money for our rooms.

beds, small towels, poor lighting in the bedroom, laundry trolleys obstructing entrance to the lift

only fault was all the bags of laundry left outside each room and then the carriers left beside the lifts where

laundry trollies left next to lift for long time no resteraunt after 6 p m carpet torn

it was a quaint, warm and cosy house with 1 bathroom and a kitchen

no secure parking for bikes. but the manager allowed us to park inside the loading bay.
