enjoyed the leisure facilities albeit probably too many children in the main swimming pool at the time we

beautiful, well kept hotel, with wonderful spa and pool

shame not to have had a breakfast served in the restaurant. basic breakfast in a brown paper bag

did go there for relaxation so i found the steam room very busy and got a lot of noise from the kids playing in

location and very friendly and excellent service, good diner and breakfast (self baked bread

it's full of history and character and relaxing in front of the wood fireplace at night while enjoying a whisky

kitchen had very limited utensils, eg

downfall was lack of parking but get there at the right time it was fine

great chippy and easy, free parking across the road

location, not much going on lots of kids hanging out in the town square

received a warm welcome on arrival and enjoyed coffee and cake in the popular bar - a lovely touch alongside

lovely cosy bar area with roaring fire when i arrived and parking was available

car parking monday to thursday might be a problem but at the weekends there's one available next door

excellent - town centre, easily found, plenty of parking in vicinity

apart from parking - however we did arrive late due to having to work until 4pm and the a 5 hour trip - the

location staff were friendly and welcoming the room was spotless free parking close by as

the corridors were strewn with rubbish and cleaning materials and dirty laundry

room (118) must have been below the laundry room or some sort of air conditioning unit

no wifi available. lift out of order.

also no wifi in the bedrooms

the hotel's website says they offer a pet-sitting service but when i called i was told 24 hours is too short
