was no laundry in the hotel

the laundry was being remodeled and the staff washed my laundry

parking far from your actual room and in snow the walk is a killer if you have to carry stuff and

could also hear kids shouting outside at night

throughout the evening up until 3:00 am and the property was serving them food and we know the kitchen closes

later we decided to step in for drinks at the bar , and there were only few tables busy

parking was a bit removed.

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

free mountain bikes and free snow bikes (with free helmets) were made available to me and my kids

including the staff (specifically josh and elliott) who retrieved a credit card for us from a bar in town and

would have been nice to have a later breakfast available

liked that the hotel provided us with shuttle to and from highlands, which is much better skiing are than at

convenient location and they have a laundry on site for guests
