i was booking a room, i took into account the fact that the hotel provides room service

the wifi went from very slow to non-existant, despite many discussion with staff.

the wifi connection was not very reliable.

early check in was fine and parking under the hotel was easy as was opportunity to park across

didn't have breakfast but used the bar facility in the evening which has a good selection of drinks

day-time staff were a little grumpy and seemed very unacqainted with the bar and how it worked

no usable public space within hotel and room service for breakfast was difficult to get right.

the bar although small was very pleasant

30 no clean tables and very little food left, bar expensive 6 for a perrier rand 10 for a glass of

would have been nice if there was a bar on site

that this is an expensive hotel, i feel that a hotel bar and a place to sit down to chat are really lacking

having to log into the wifi every time one returned to the building, but such a small thing.

there are many entrances to the spa and the entrance to the hotel could be better indicated
