first room i was in was above the laundry room and the whole room shook, i asked brianna if i could be moved

very helpful with what i need to do my laundry, supplies and coins

also, a spectacular continental breakfast'even on the weekday

sorry there wasn't enough parking, as i had to park across the street

was left on the room prior to us staying, parking filled up fast had to park across street which wasn t horrible

exited the pool were told that other guests would bring them to the room an couldn't keep up on laundry

not sleep due to loud conversations of staff/guests outside my door and being across from the laundry room

there is only a laundry room on the first floor.

lightning around the property is very bad, a lot of exterior doors are broken some don't close, laundry room

u might need no matter what it isomething is close by , there is no extra charge for having a pet

the setup for the hot tub is really nice especially when you have kids and you just want to relax

easy to find. near places to eat. very clean and nice pool area.

bad acoustics in the pool. could use some sound absorbers on the ceiling to help cut down noise.

but, still, kids under 12 free ( we have 5, under 12)

beautiful free breakfast was a $40 value at their upscale restaurant

a special shout out to the bartender and  our server for breakfast

booked the room primarily for the spa tub, it was a bit small and black flecks came out of the jets when turned

so if arriving or departing outside normal hours it be nice to get a yogurt, fruit, granola bar and non-carbonated

parking was very good

pool is a bit small - no one else was swimming, it's more adult oriented than kid oriented pool

newer hotel with ample parking. very clean and spacious room. w

the pool is also very small but it is a nice sea salt pool

seamed like every time we were going into the elevator it was full of employees and food carts, laundry carts

com recommended a room at this hotel for far below the price i expected for a water park/resort

staff unfriendly would not answer questions room service never answered very dirty lobby and lack of respect

i thought that the pet fee was a bit high... the cost was higher than kenneling my dog.

loved the option of the little bar and grill- good food

surprised that the bar and grill were so great - and in the building

the eggs were gross scrambled bacon was under cooked and the kitchen staff wiped up tables and touched

friendly staff. nice breakfast options including sausage, waffles, and eggs.

the beds were very comfortable, and the morning continental breakfast was very good and included delicious hot

nice people, quiet location, and had an attached bar open until midnight

we liked the earlier check in and the early breakfast (6am, even on sunday)

guest laundry contains multiple washing machines and clothes dryers so that multiple guests can use

laundry room and gym has set hours.
