spa facilities were also very tidy

to a technical glitch the wifi was unavailable in the rooms (only working at the reception)

limited parking space, however i managed to park in the last marked place.

hotel is nice and well mantained, good variety of products at buffet breakfast

from the fairytale house, the garden with the statues and luxurious swimming pool, to us adopting a family of

lovely garden for sitting out reading, with small swimming pool

swimming pool area, room was very clean, staff extremely nice and helpful, namely sr alberty and natacha

katarina on reception, vera in the bar - the best gnt we have had in many along time and glorious gin from

perfect location. friendly helpful staff. comfy bed. mini bar and robes good food.

were disappointed that the spa was not usable during our stay which was a driving reason for picking the location

it was so lovely. staff even did laundry for me and made me feel so welcome.

had to makeshift something to hang laundry so maybe more racks or places to hang

they were so kind to help us with laundry, gave great restaurant recommendations and were overall just helpful

stayed one night but staff was very accommodating and even provided laundry service, as we were desperate

check-in, the staff was not forthcoming about amenities such as breakfast, so i missed out the first day

the room and bathroom were extremely clean and the breakfast was terrific.
