for parking, not enough laundry service offered

the breakfast has some issues the laundry was not working as it should

to ask for supplies to be replenished, was told to book my reservation through a third party, laundry room

bagged up the old towels and left the bag in the room indicating that those towels were ready for laundry

theres no outdoor heated pool or laundry facilities that were advertised

staff was hard to reach on the phone for laundry services or any services for that matter.

there were board games for the kids and the pool area was beautiful

the only thing i didn't like was that the pool was very small.

the boutique sized pool can only accommodate a few people at a time.
