15 in the morning collecting laundry on his phone talking very loudly woke us and our children after a very late

o clock, the corridor had loads of dirty glasses and cups on the floor and also big bags of dirty laundry, which

no ice machine, elevator was very slow and only had 1. no laundry facilities.

hallways various were littered with laundry bags and cleaners trolleys throughout the stay

on the last night i got very little sleep due to what i could only attribute to night boiler or laundry service

staff went through the diningroom dragging a bag of laundry and a hoover it just didn't look great and also

convenient (but unrelated) location for doing laundry close by
