towels for the 4 of us, not having a proper shower-head, tv not working and stating that they had laundry services

the parking lot

we had a soft cartop carrier and the clerk moved his car to allow parking our near our room and in the light

swimming pool was not heated, and the front desk staff admitted it

elevator broke, not enough parking due to crowded bar next door

we only had two towels in the room and when we asked for more we were given pool towels instead of white shower

every parking place was full. we had to park on the street.

fitness center was nice, and pool and back patio were a bonus

there were dog hairs on the carpet and the hard floor, we did not have a pet with us(i m assuming it was not

was parking for trucks, so i had a place to park my truck and uhaul

the dirty reception area, open to the breakfast area, was filled with rolling laundry carts full of dirty

my room was also next to the guest laundry facility and the dryer was being used for most of my stay and it

dryer in the guest laundry had a problem

went to the gas station next door and there was people smoking and selling weed in the parking lot

stripping on door was worn out, the complex was worn down, the parking lot was ratty, filthy laundry facilities

we were in a jam and needed a pet friendly hotel

no breakfast service. it was very pet friendly.
