nothing like any of the pictures online; the main lobby smelled like a wet dog, there was no laundry room for

going to the pool

i was glad they offered a gym, but 4 of the 6 machines did not work

the bed was comfortable, room was clean and warm, wifi worked

a kids baseball team was in the building and they acted horribly

the junk in the parking lot behind the motel- car taken apart, chairs scattered home made grill, dirty folding

breakfast was lacking and no access to the business center

i skipped the breakfast

didn't plow the parking lot a lot of people got stuck in the parking lot we had to help push someone out

lady that helped us when we arrived was very nice and pleasent,the breakfast was nice and so was our

only thing is when you walk in the view is of the laundry room and someone is always doing laundry

can't imagine how staff manages to do the laundry without passing out

was not working, so they had very loud fans running to try to keep things cool, and the busy laundry room was

no closet doors, no place to hang wet towels, staff had too many responsibilities (front desk, laundry, cleaning

the staff was friendly though the front desk flow was not as good as the person was doing laundry or attending

that there were no laundry facilities on site.

no laundry the room with the working ac, had to have a staff member come in 3 time a day to reset the

very noisy due to rowdy kids in the hall who wouldn't stay quiet despite polite requests

the problem was we picked the hotel because we were staying with kids and wanted the pool and was to cold to

pool was clean but the pool room itself was way too hot and uncomfortable to be in for more than 10

plowing, snow clearing of the parking area and even the entrance was not good

the landscaping and parking lot were very clean and kept.

breakfast and the pool were good features. my wife and i enjoyed the stay.

were in town for a gymnastics competition for one night

friendly staff, nice pool, excellent fitness area, good breakfast

also a guest laundry

location, easy to find, good parking, clean rooms, pool area was nice!

also, the pool was big enough that i could swim laps

the pool and breakfast were amazing!

best of all in these covid times, a hot, bountiful breakfast buffet served by staff

key cards didn t work for the laundry

great breakfast

$25 pet fee. the heater was on but the fan didn?t blow the warm air across the room.

the charge for pets is kind of high

really appreciated being placed in a room away from pet rooms
