great laundry facility which i used a lot

homeless person was washing their sleeping bag in the hotel's laundry room

hotel facilities include a free laundry room, a swimming pool together with two small heated pools

loud private wedding party venue by the pool for hours.

the hotel has a fun bar and restaurant with afternoon entertainment and a happy hour

charge to use spa amenities is overpriced considering the services provided

room service 24 hours a day is great

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

room service came at 8:20 am and knocked on the door our second day of honeymoon and woke us up

other than that, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and we had everything we needed and more

booked a two bedroom suite and it was mountain facing ,rooms were excellent with a full equipped kitchen , good

it was perfect to walk into town on the river trail and take the resort shuttle back

we chose the resort for the setting and for the pet policy; although we ended up not bringing our dogs

it would have been nice to have some activities available on the resort especially for kids

could also hear kids shouting outside at night

during our trip, the facility is beautiful and clean, and we took advantage of the awesome laundry services

evening front staff, a very helpful and nice woman, had our laundry washed and folded and put in our room

service, free laundry service, free shuttle to/from airport and town, the hotel is right on buttermilk and so

there were huge laundry carts full of dirty bedding in the hall every afternoon & evening

great place for families and kids.
