family was very excited about the pool, but it was not operational which was not made mention at booking

there was a rotten apple on the parking lot. attention to the outside spaces please

staff was great and hotel was easy to find. parking was easily available.

saturday night of the stay, we went to the pool around 9pm, and there was a group of kids(11-13 age) running

pool area was wonderful

beautiful resort. impeccably clean. spa massage and the restaurants were amazing.

i had everything i needed and was very comfortable. very pet friendly facility.

when i arrived the first floor laundry was not working, but they had it up and running before i

laundry room where you also went for ice was a mess and had not been cleaned or the trash emptied

laundry rooms were a joke! sheets and pillows smelled funny.

the laundry room had a hole in the ceiling with ceiling particles everywhere

was great and we love the breakfast

everything was dirty. the hallways, the elevator, the parking lot. i would not stay here again.

didn't go swimming but has a nice indoor pool

the breakfast was delicious we were so surprised to have biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, and even

breakfast started and ended too early

also, the next morning there was no coffee at breakfast time, apparently they were out

the breakfast was not vet accommodating to someone with a food allergy

we did not eat breakfast, so i can't speak to that, but the entire property was amazing

good lighting, plenty of parking

left early so we missed the complimentary breakfast

clean, great location, delicious complimentary breakfast!

wished they had an indoor swimming pool for the grandkids.
