we did enjoy the drinks and nachos up on the sky lounge/pool area during evening time though

we were so happy that the pool had warm water and we could swim there during our stay

there was a daily cleaning service, laundry service available plus filtered water and coffee provided to guests

they did my laundry immediately for a really fair price

cuatros ventos, a beautiful yoga & spa is right there too

electricity was off all night and the next day - no one to contact about this (no wifi)

lovely, relaxed vibe. gracious hostess. enjoyed dining in the community kitchen.

the heavenly pool was our haven, and the drive to the swimming beach (thousand palms) was not too far, while

there is a bar and fab daybeds and lounge chairs

finally, there is not enough parking and the pool bar was rarely staffed when promised

pool was truly exquisite

the pool and staff are amazing. location is much closer to town than expected.

getting laundry done is a reasonable price

the ocean king room had a great patio and an outdoor shower, and the pool is a big plus as well

i especially appreciated the bar and restaurant staff always kind, caring, and funny

the pool menu food could stand alone (get the shrimp tempura tacos ) but the restaurant food was

complaint would potentially be the price of the pool bar drinks and seating options around the pool

minor complaint is that the in-house bar shuts just before 10 pm, which feels a bit early if you re wanting
