took us a while to connect with the wifi in the room

was no breakfast i liked to have two bathrooms a little balcony pool and hot tub too far from

loved the pool area and how helpful and friendly the staff were the whole stay, it felt like the genuinly

is a fabulous property, we loved the pool area with the 2 hot tubs

dryers not working so they sent us to another hotel to use their laundry facility

wasn't a laundry facility on site anywhere on blue mountain property which was a big problem as my daughter

location and view was awesome and the kitchen was awesome

wifi hotel very bad. we can't connect to internet.

everything! the most we liked staff , pool!! and of course room !

great location, great size suite. laundry in basement good with kids.

also to no forget they don t have laundry service we must wash our own clothes for 3 dollars in wasmachines

kids loved the pool

i also wasn't impressed having to pass the laundry and staff prep areas on the way to/from my room on the ground

i had to pay extra for this room because i had a pet

spa , restaurant, cleanliness, everything was so beautiful

large apartment with kitchen, kitchen supplies, laundry, comfy bed, lots of space

the suite was great with the kitchen and the laundry room.

the room also had its own laundry, but we didn't use it as we stayed only for one night

rooms, good beds, plenty of space to gather - big dining table, well equipped kitchen, laundry facility

gave us a room at first right outside the laundry room, which was very noisy

hotel has a laundry room where you can use a washingmachine - very nice service

also, it was very stuffy and our room smelt like dirty laundry

but above all my kids enjoyed the place

we have to ask an employee to unlock the laundry room for every load. it should be unlocked.

staff were nice from desk to laundry and also the morning breakfast was great

stayed for 2 nights and we had almost no sleep thanks to super bright hotel parking lights right outside our

we didn t love that the parking lot wasn t too accessible

liked the kitchen area and it's appliances that the hotels leaves you to cook, the hot tub was amazing but

also, when i booked it said they provide a pet basket and bowls, we got neither, asked for a bowl for water as

check-in was the easiest ever they just handed me a key in the parking lot

there was also a fridge, microwave and many kitchen utensils, so it was very easy to cook

location,5 min walk to wasaga beach,free parking and good free wifi,tables with bbq,you can cook your own food

the room was quite generous, with a fully equipped kitchen

they are a family run business. it is very cozy and the location is great. kids love the pool.

the outside is set up for some relaxation opportunities ie pool, fire pit and 2 bbqs (never used by me) but

wish wifi better and lost power when plugged in coffee machine, but very quickly fixed
