dirty rooms/bed covers, no clean laundry linen available

they had a washer & dryer; but no laundry detergent available

was told the laundry room was open needing to wash one of our youth clothes go there and the machines was

ease of access to drive to nascar raceway in talladega. access to laundry facilities.

pool was in back making it private

old old poorly maintained. scary laundry room. broken machines.. no maid service.

pool was closed for repairs

the pool was nasty and partially filled

most of the jets in the spa tub was broke or barely worked

the location and the parking space. this a site for a planned family reunion.

laundry is cheap and effective as well

from my job to hotel, laundry service on site, pool was clean, easy access

the coin laundry facilities were dirtier than my dirty clothes, so i didn t use them

if a puddle of water was on the floor from kids going back and forth to the pool the water clean up was immediate

size, pool access, breakfast, helpful staff

after asking the front desk to assist in finding the issue, i was given a laundry scented freshener spray

location, cleanliness, breakfast..

room clean and comfortable. breakfast very tasty and comprehensive.

the staff was extremely friendly . clean rooms . the pool was relaxing .

some of the people staying there were smoking pot you could smell it especially at night

only complaint i could have is the lawn chairs by the pool are older and i do believe have some fiberglass coming

the staff was the best part. the room was nice, the laundry was nice, the staff was exceptional

staff came around too early, laundry was on 2nd floor and it gave my clothes a mildew smell after washed

wish i could of had my breakfast sent up to my room.

the staff was friendly, hotel near restaurants, decent fitness center

the breakfast buffet was a wonderful treat and having a noon checkout was excellent

booked two non smoking king rooms which is what we were charged for, but when we checked in they had put us in

reserved non-smoking room but didn't get it. room not serviced one day of stsy. faucet leaked.

i neglected to book a non-smoking room

location and my wife liked it had smoking rooms

location was great. did not have breakfast.

breakfast selections were very limited, with no protein choices, not even yogurt

breakfast left much to be desired

would have been nice to have known breakfast hours

breakfast was an apple.
