clean room. comfy bed.. breakfast nice and staff friendly. not far from any shops or bars

was in the local council park not great when we arrived there was dirty laundry lying around the hallway and

the area to the lifts was blocked with bin bags and laundry baskets

to walk out the room and see laundry piled up against a wall from at least 5 rooms outside the elevator area

we ate a great italian cafe down the street, and had our laundry done at a facility the staff recommended

wifi on the 1st floor not working

only issue with my stay at the delta marriott was that my room gave onto a generator-laundry dryer which rumbled

late check out was a bonus

explained to the woman on reception (fay or joy i think her name was) not only did she waive the early check in

room service and no fridge in the room but the bar was close anyway so it didn't matter too much

resturant menu is a bit boring need to upgrade it i wish the spa was accessible

thought the staff were very friendly and pleasant and enjoyed the bar area and restaurant food

the room accommodated our pet too, so it was a home from home

the bed sheets to have been ironed , they were still creased from being straight from the laundry pack

the bar downstairs is the perfect place to have a quiet drink

wifi didn't work well in our room

honesty bar if we felt like a late drink & delicious breakfast in the morning where nothing was too much

food was fantastic family room really spacious kids loved the pool and the grounds to play

used the gym but sadly didn't have time to use the pool, but maybe next time

found it hard to relax in the spa and lounge with screaming kids running everywhere

comfort, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, especially gemma at reception and room service

the breakfast was great and so was the spa facilities

no fridge, breakfast or guest laundry, which wasn t a big deal for us

is fantastic, has free parking, wifi lovely clean and comfortable bed

love to have had access to laundry facilities in particular a tumble drier but appreciate this would have been

by giving reception the car registration, at the same time as booking in and paying 20 for our pet we would

like to see a green policy on laundry and an upgrade to the shower system as depending on room water can be a

dirty laundry outside room and in the corridors

room service was confusing, lack of menu, the ac didn't make a difference to the rooms temperature,

had a family room with 2 lovely single beds for the kids, our bed was a pull out double which wasn't as comfortable

rather rudely that breakfast had finished and we had to rush to get cold breakfast off the bar or there would

though the adults bed were very comfortable but kids futon beds were very hard to sleep on and very uncomfortable

with kids we had two single beds and two folding beds - the folding beds were by far the most

always had a welcoming smile and fixed the heating in our room and our link to the the tv wifi very efficiently

were very friendly and very helpful, they were accommodating regarding special requests and a late check out

parking again is nicely spread out with some available right by the accommodation reception,

my husband thought the bar prices very expensive but appreciate that hotels understandably have a lot of
