hotel was clean and quiet. we enjoyed the pool . staff amazing and friendly.

exit from parking lot can be difficult with heavy traffic from east.

the lobby was attractive, and there was plenty of parking near the entrance

amenities were great and include jacuzzi and laundry as well

lots of conveniences from laundry to internet in the lobby

had a pool, exercise room, sauna and small game room

the kitchen was fully stocked

balcony with view, had small porch looking over the airconditioner unit and parking lot

mouse droppings in the laundry room by bait boxes

the golf courses.

there was one little bar of soap and two broken pieces and one small shampoo--that's it

hotel bar had great staff and wonderful musician

golf courses looked challenging

breakfast was excellent

it was everything a bed and breakfast should be.

our massages were exceptional breakfast and dinner was fantastic

our floor smelled like dirty laundry.

we also enjoyed the alpine ride, chair lift ride, mini golf and pool and hot tub

mini golf course needs updating.

the wifi could be stronger in the rooms

i love the heated pool and hot tub

and friendly, rooms were very clean, grounds were patron friendly including a fire pit, swimming pool, picnic

and tidy and all day breakfast which was a bonus

place to stay ,nice pool fire pit in the back and very quiet

floor had an area that said guest laundry, but there was none

indoor pool and hot tub, hiking area, gym, wonderful restaurant/pub with live music

the room in and of itself was more than inviting having a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub

the spa on site offers very relaxing massages

is very close to downtown galena and shuttle service is available which was very handy because parking downtown

a little under construction, no laundry room

the hotel also had a laundry facility for guests to use, if needed

our room was next to the laundry room and the elevator was very close by

laundry facilities
