had to use a laundry hamper to get all of our stuff to our room

bedding was damp, saw a mouse in laundry room. beds were not comfortable.

could use a new dryer in the laundry facility area

the pool the room really everything only complaint would be more options for breakfast..

they did not have a hot tub, the gym equipment was out of date and most of it didn?t work.

room was located near front desk and staff/laundry room

not sure if that was where we were located (in front hall across from laundry) or if our door just wasn't air

the only thing i would add is a laundry area!

noise (heavy truck traffic to/from local steel mills) heard 24 hours/day, even inside cabin; no wifi in cabins

upon arrival the cottage wreaked of some sort of ammonia smell (pet urine) and mildew
