under equipped laundry

having a clean, easy to use laundry was a benefit to us

the on-site laundry services were affordable and available when we needed it

had an easy check in, clean modern rooms, helpful staff, nice pool and sauna and as a bonus, the restaurant was

restaurant and spa in the hotel. and a bowling alley in the same parking lot. too much fun.

the wifi is good

great simple laundry room as we were touring

pet fees are steep and not made clear on the booking website

construction on front entrance. parking a bit of a challenge at night.

the pool and spa the bar was great and having starbucks to run to was a bonus

easy to get to, nice location right on boardwalk. fluid outdoor bar was relaxing

the attendant overlooking the breakfast was the same person readying the laundry for care

to a pathway and playground and outside gym, so i had fantastic morning workouts

the location is perfect and their pet policy is great

not to mention the pool/sauna/hot tub and even comfy laundry room

cleaning staff holding up the elevator as she tried to untangle her cleaning supply cart and laundry hamper

was no breakfast served but a sack with fruit, granola bar and a muffin

booked this hotel primarily because of the pool and hot tub/spa as well as location

have stayed at casino hotels in the past and was kind of surprised that there was no complimentary tokens

had the pool to ourself and the hotel was off to the side from the casino

wanted to visit the soo and the casino had the best rates

wish there was a non smoking casino area, my clothes all smelled of smoke

casino check in staff seemed bored and uninterested. no smile, and not very welcoming.
