lights in room did not work, hot tub was cold sometimes, pool not heated, taxi not readily available
location of the hotel was great, right on the beach and pool area was clean
like that the pool area is very kid friendly for kids of all ages

of the workers was serving the breakfast, it has bat attitude, left the place and when someone ask who is in
it felt like they really tried to make it difficult for us to not pay a pet fee
