the expectation of using the pool, laundry facilities, and some peace and quiet was not met

we had to ask someone in the laundry room for a trash bag and a clean hand towel because no one was at the desk

pool, vending and laundry were all out of order

i wish the pool and sauna were working... next time

i liked how soft & big the pillows were & the breakfast beds were also very comfy.

laundry lady kept using the washer and dryer forever and didn t give importance to guests but

coin operated laundry machines were available
