the expectation of using the pool, laundry facilities, and some peace and quiet was not met

pool, vending and laundry were all out of order

we had to ask someone in the laundry room for a trash bag and a clean hand towel because no one was at the desk

i wish the pool and sauna were working... next time

room was nice and comfortable the continental breakfast could use a little tweaking love the casino and restaurant
