we were put opposite the laundry which was a bit noisy

room we were in was opposite the laundry and the staff were there late at night and very early in the morning

salt steam rooms; sauna; foot bath for two; monsoon and bucket showers; swimming costume spinner; laundry bag;

the room was very noisy opposite the laundry.

there should be a dedicated time slot that allows children to use the pool facilities

we could only get sandwiches for room service after 10pm but the night before it hadn t been a problem

nice decor, great location - lovely staff and the breakfast and room service was top drawer

chatting in a group blocking people from walking to their rooms, vacuum cleaners and bags of laundry strewn in

no tv reception and wifi connectivity not great. guess maybe down to being an island

being above the laundry and kitchen you could hear va lot of noise

small room opposite the laundry ,bathroom in need of update as did the whole room

doors and every sound could be heard very narrow no room to dry off after shower room next to laundry room and

a noisy hotel, room was very close to kitchen and laundry room, plus walls were too thin, could hear everything

also sorted by housekeeping lady, they need to speak to their laundry people

over use of laundry detergent. was very strong smell which i found that i was allergic to.

we had a superb room with pool view, and everything you could need

noisy extractor from the kitchen next our room window - we were in room 23 so avoid if you can

location, staff is brilliant, bar, food, rooms, gym, spa, steam room, pool every part of it is spotless clean

parking is fine but can be very tight with half underground and half outside the front door

bedroom was spacious and the bathroom facilities were great; we enjoyed room service in the afternoon and the

always stay here when visiting jersey. great rooms, staff and food. wifi throughout hotel.

good town outskirts location with on-site parking but only 10 minutes walk from the town center

was excellent - the bed and pillows were very comfortable - the food & service were very good - parking space

i was allowed an early check in and a late check out which was excellent for me as i had lots of work to catch

the bar closed really quite early on saturday evening but it is such a minor thing.

the hotel location was great & the pool & gym a bonus.

was end of corridor and last room at the back of the building, below and behind was the bar which could get

it is facing the beach and the lido pool

dining room for breakfast was really well organised and an excellent choice of continental /traditional

bags of laundry were left in the stairwell and had to climb over them

the room seemed to be in the vicinity of the hotel's laundry and we could hear all night long the rumbling and

the wifi signal was very patchy

the food was delicious and it was obvious the kitchen team were passionate about what they do.

the wifi speed is not fast enough, and signal is poor in my room
