dirty laundry balled up and kept on the floor in the hallways

the entire floor had a strange chemical smell (probably due to the guest laundry being on that

dirty laundry left in hallway by staff and was there in the morning when we left as well

only 1 laundry area...

cleaning staff piled dirty laundry in hallways, and next to the sitting area for the breakfast

everything except the pet fee was perfect!

pool clean and warm, pool room was a bit cold but nice and clean

say you stay a couple nights, they never even have enough laundry for you to get an extra towel

8:30 am they started using power saws in remodeling the laundry room next to my room

the pool was cold, there were obnoxious people above us being loud until 3am and nothing was done about
