no laundry facilities

as the reasons i wanted to stay there was i can get some of my laundry done but i couldn't do my laundry between

you for extra help with the laundry (although closing it at 8 pm is pretty early) - staff was very attentive

pool, convenient laundry, bright clean room, easy parking, good choice of local restaurants

keep guest laundry open later please!

location is near highway and close to laundry/food etc

the building itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of parking

wifi is very spotty

huge room, very comfortable bed, strong wifi.

comfy bed, spacious room, wide variety of breakfast items, water and cookies in lobby, balcony

they even do room service in comparison to other hotels who stopped it since covid times and never returned

able to read my book and enjoy my coffee i had yard maintenance men doing leaf blowing in the parking lot keeping

tahoe and yosemite staying in b&b's, we decided to indulge in a nice hotel to clean up, do the laundry, and rest

the pool was great

excellent breakfast and lovely breakfast area

the kids loved the pool, it was a big hit

at least for an iphone; even called the front desk to make sure i had it right because the wifi didn t match

stingy, no dirty laundry bag, only one little bar of soap and one tiny bottle of lotion

we could not access the laundry facility with our key.

the only thing i would change is later pool hours.

wish the pool was heated and stayed open later.

super friendly staff . clean environment and wonderful breakfast .

nice interior section with grassy area and pool is good too

was surprised that i had to pay a pet deposit fee of $60

pool wasn't useable.

additionally, the pet fee was very reasonable and there are ample pet areas on the property

they even have a washer and dryer (coin operated) on site if you need to do laundry

when we called down to the office for fresh towels we were told we would have to wait until laundry had been

the breakfast was nice and the location is great just off the freeway!

coming in at odd hours to clean, (giving 5 minutes and threatening to kick us out) despite being pet friendly
