was trailering a motorcycle and had hoped for a first floor room with a window to the parking lot to keep an

laundry although convenient to our room, it was literally in the hall- way by front desk , this

little noisy with inconsiderate guests slamming doors and too close to ice machine/laundry.

gym been out for like a year and no truth abt it in the site or booking

swimming pool, exercise room, laundry, and everything was clean

shoutout to front desk staff - we had to rekey cards multiple times, get change for laundry, extra towels and

pull-out couch mattress was super thin and uncomfortable. dryer broke while doing laundry.

oh and the indoor pool area was beautiful and the gym was great

also it would be nice if the coke machines and laundry machines took debit instead of just quarters

tried to use washing machine to do laundry. it was broken. no breakfast due to covid.

the listing said that it was pet friendly, it did not say anything about an extra $20 per pet

room just so happened to be next to the laundry facilities which wouldn't of been too much of a problem if the

broken box spring and filthy dirty laundry building.

the doors to the rooms are all exterior, which makes traveling with a pet easy
