location is really good just 10 km away from hacienda napoles, the pool is good and the stuff is pretty friendly

rude couple rented a huge speaker from the hotel and blasted loud and annoying music at the pool for hours

the pool is incredible, the private water fall , the staff was super attentive and professional

the food was good i would recommend the burger for dinner and the french toast for breakfast both excellent

wifi didn t work, it s in the middle of no where and you must take many dirt roads to get there

staff were amazingly friendly on the reception desk, the hotel is pet friendly which added more fun to my stay

hotel is new, pool is nice but too small for the size of the hotel, pool table (even though not professional,

the pool at the hotel is nicely warm and you can use the pool till 9 at night

the breakfast was very good and people in the restaurant were very nice
