pool not open in the afternoon when we arrived, only open in the morning

the peace, the gardens, the spa and the staff

i liked the pool

parking a very long way from our room, no easy access provided, very difficult in hot weather

the massage was great and we enjoyed the circuit and the pool

close to zafra feria railway station; good wifi and air-con

the shower cabin is too small, it is a bit claustrophobic. the wifi signal is spotty.

all excellent! service, rooms, hotel, attention, breakfast, all first class.

we enjoyed our wine in the aptio sitting next to the pool

at a push it can get a bit busy at breakfast but that is mainly because the array of food offered is so wide

the kitchen, open snack pantry and pool are are on a ritz carlton club level

we loved the variety of the breakfast and to be able to prepare it to our liking

staff could be better once again coffee not v good laundry too expensive no fresh orange

hot room, wifi did not work at all in the room, noisy outside the room, restaurant food good but not great

excellent staff, dinner and breakfast very good value. bar was very pleasant. very good bedroom.

- everything was great but sadly didn t get time to use swimming pool that looked lovely and did have a few

no bar in hotel to go for a drink and car park at another hotel

just a little bit down at heel, worn wallpaper, cracked tiles, pool area in need of a tidy up, bar area abandoned

wifi did not work inside the room and was weak outside

it s garden and mini pool are additional delights for comfort and relaxation

the pool is huge we all had a great time. can watch he kids from the terrace bar ..

breakfast could have been a bit more elaborated

pleasant host. nice decoration. swimming pool and terraces good. room and bathroom good.

friendly big party on for a spanish fete and he took time to find us parking by hotel as car park was full

and provided free covered parking

wifi stopped working with my vpn after 2 days and sometimes there were parties at the restaurant

that day and we appreciated that the aircon worked well in the room there was a convenient bar / restaurant it
