there was also very fast and strong wifi in the room

the parking lot noise .however, more so the gate beside the unit.

parking issues

the location is great. room was spacious and clean. parking was convenient. large mini fridge.

the parking was very limited. the air conditioning was not very noticeable (i found it warm).

pool, and gym with towels, we do not need to bring ours , it's a bonus ud83dude03 games room, laundry room are

clean, staff is great, nice warm breakfast, free newspaper and wi-fi, pool is open till 11pm, laundry mat

bar staff was friendly and very welcoming

i wish the dining areas avoided news channel stations during breakfast.

breakfast was amazing and the pool was awesome. super clean and such a nice room

we even washed our laundry on site for a low cost

wr enjoyed the warm pool area . my son said his favourite is the designs on the walls.

all was great room close to parking n close to resturants also had laundry

safety concern for people with young kids, strange guy late at night followed me from my room to laundry room

breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, laundry room and lots of other places just outside the hotel

the facilities (gym, pools, etc) were not open but that wasn t the purpose of our stay so we didn t mind

the sun set the pool and spa and the staff very friendly thank you very clean rooms

parking lot was awful pot holes and the garbage and beer cans all over

wifi in the back wasn t the greatest but wasn t horrible

parking lot had huge puddles to deke out after the rain/snow

wifi was really weak. there was a missing vertical blind, and no phone in the room.

laundry room was nearby and i could hear a faint sound but not a problem

staff at the check in desk and the very nice lady who looked after the breakfast area

bed was super soft, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful

would have liked some glasses in kitchenette

the pool was most appreciated

we were charged $100 to have our pet stay at the hotel with us. this is very unreasonable.

the pool was cold, the outside gardens weren t maintained - took away from the very nice hotel

the kids had fun in the pool and the parents had adequate seating to watch them while they played

very new, comfortable king bed, spacious room, well appointed kitchenette with cooktop.
