i brought my own laundry soap since the laundry soap dispenser was out of order

well kept. lovely breakfast. beautiful. i liked how there was a laundry basket for dirty towels.

it was a nice touch to have a laundry basket in the room and the little shelf above the sink

detergent available for laundry; i had to run across a busy highway to get detergent from a dollar store

i appreciated the room we were given, first floor close to the back door and laundry

i had an early meeting and she opened up the pool area for me about 45 minutes early

breakfast eggs and sausage were not that good

the wifi was nonexistent and was down the two nights we stayed. the price was a bit steep.

breakfast omlet and sausage were excellent. many choices of food. bed was very comfy. : )

breakfast was very good, the hot tub and pool area was clean, warm and refreshing

no laundry facilities for guests

special mention goes out to lotta, who staffs the breakfast room and laundry

it smelled like musty, dirty laundry

we ve stayed two different times and it was quiet. no pool but nice spa tub in our room.

wifi was terrible

had to use my own wifi and couldn't watch tv for 7 days and staff did nothing about it

the little extras that i noticed, and appreciated, were the laundry basket in the bathroom for wet & used towels

bad thing was for half of our stay, the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance but that is just the

a drink at the bar and going out on the porch to sit by the fire and relax at night was really nice

traveling with kids, visiting beaches,it is often convenient to pick something up to eat at the hotel

lobby area as well as outdoor and pool area were exceptional

breakfast was good. the staff was super friendly and helpful, excellently.

however, i feel they are expecting most people to spend more time at the casino and less in the room

the location was excellent for accessing shopping, food, and casino

got $30 in gambling/casino food vouchers each day we stayed, so makes the value even better

i didn't try the pool, but i will next time

had no idea the cottage was on a golf course

thought i was staying at the cottages at bay harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course

plenty of room, ping pong table in the basement, and golf course sidewalk to run on

beautiful property with free shuttle into village and petoskey

one of our family members room had a stone fireplace in it

a full kitchen and laundry in the condo made the trip more comfortable

no lighting in parking lot

free golf was amazing.

a mini kitchen was there with a small fridge , microwave and cooktop

the wifi signal was so weak that my laptop would not run on it

neighbors did laundry around 9pm and that s all we could hear sitting in the living room

location, room was nice, full kitchen! set up worked well

the pool had music playing from opening to closing

would recommend hands down for skiing or anything / for me it was a guys weekend (golfing)

$180 for no wifi, poor continental breakfast, no hd tv
