inadequate parking for occupancy

breakfast was good. everything about our stay was great

staff was wonderful with all the wrestling kids running around

the laundry room had stagnant water on the floor and you can smell

high she couldn't step over it even with helpafter a couple days of being there i decided to do laundryand the

ice machine was broke had to go to laundry area to get ice

i was moved to another room due to lack of wifi

walked in and bedding was so wrinkled i couldnt tell if clean or was in the bottom of laundry basket

our room was over the laundry room which made it very hot and the air conditioner couldn't keep up

swimming pool door is hard to get into with key.

this hotel is very pet friendly and even left a gift bag for our dog and for us on our second stay

lots of drug deals in the parking lot. security doors left open. not even soap in your room

spa was down,pool had to be like 45 degrees, was a whopping 50 degrees in the pool room

the 2nd night someone is doing laundry at 3:30am and has an unbalanced washer and sounds like a tornado tearing

there was a nice flat screen tv with hbo and cable and free wifi

had our pet so we were able to eat at a table by piano and lounge staff very attentive, food was great

woven into the fabric of the towels because they obviously do not send them to an industrial laundry

i went down to the laundry and got the laundry supervisor and she came up and looked at our rooms she was

was no mention of a pet deposit or a general deposit till i got to the hotel, should have told me that before

front parking area for regular cars next to the handicap parking stalls had big trucks parking there

all amenities were made available by appointment (pool, gym) which is a welcome alternative to just shutting

pool, no hot tub, no laundry

advertised pool it's closed down there laundry was closed and i couldn't get into my room without them letting

the gym, laundry room, pool, hot tub, outdoor living and cooking, back view are wonderful

unaware until arrival pool, hot tub, and guest laundry wasnt functioning

hot tub was out of order & the laundry room was out of order which we were counting on having to wash uniforms
