wifi bed room staff

there was trash around every inch of the parking lot

working laundry which we desperately needed after 14 hours in the rain; juice machine not working at

dryer, and the iron didn't work, also no ice machine, it was thrown in the corner of the nasty laundry room

the wifi is nonexistent so please dont depend on it

pet friendly but they did charge $25

great location, good parking, clean room.

we ended up going to laundry mat and spent $50 to wash out stuff before we brought it home so we would not

laundry detergent is not hypoallergenic

i always stay there. breakfast is hot.

friendly staff, clean, decent hot breakfast, quiet and close proximity to restaurants and colleges

bed was comfy. we didn't get a chance to have breakfast.

cleaning staff ida and martha was excellent and the ladies in the laundry room help me out so much i most

they were a pet friendly property with special rooms for pet owners

i booked 2 non-smoking rooms with pets

i thought i was itching from the laundry detergent

breakfast was decent and the staff super friendly and kind.

the gym equipment, the rug in room 217 was torn.

the friendly staff, the breakfast options and even something as simple as how well the gym was put together

i had room 106 which butts up against the kitchen prep and constantly heard bumping against my wall

location is perfect. easy parking and we'll lighted. walking distance to several places to eat.

alarm went off at midnight on our floor and turned out to be a false alarm triggered in their laundry room

the front desk said no one did laundry that day

the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, we had a bag of dirty personal laundry in one of our rooms, the room

they had no towels, bath or pool. apparently the staff didnt do laundry.

not clean. not additional bedding or laundry bag. no restaurant

last room was on the end by the laundry

kids enjoyed the pool and the fact the pool was open during covid

also said hotel was booked but it was not - not many people in parking lot or breakfast room

the pet fees are outrageous.

stunk of stale smoke even though it was a no smoking room bk was not good and poorly

room said it was smoke free but could tell it definitely was a smoking room ashtray included

great value, good size room, good parking
