like the location and parking is right at your door

friendly staff, very clean, they worked hard to plow the parking lot

the inn was the old fashioned kind that had room doors opening to parking area

i stayed there with my 3 kids after a day of skiing at wisp and we all slept well

parking is easy

they need to add soap to the laundry. the hand towel and bath towel both had stains on them!

clean room minus some stains on the carpet considering it was a pet friendly room

liked how accommodating the hotel was for our pet

the second room they gave me was by the elevator and laundry room

being so near the lift and laundry room

the breakfast was great. room was very clean

we booked superstay i was looking for easy access to dolly sods, a place with wifi/ microwave and fridge that

wasn t sure about breakfast setup, but hotel staff was most accommodating

the room inspector, the housekeeper, the laundry attendant etc

need to do better job with laundry, towels shouldn't have fecal stains on them

my phone would not connect to hotel wifi

very nice and breakfast was fantastic

that the breakfast was easy to do that the pool was warm
