there was not hot water, only warm, in the shower and the hot tub was broken although the pool was clean and

also one of the reasons we booked was because of the breakfast buffet, which was not offered while we were

very inexperienced and pet policy is very miss leading i book the room three months in advance told the staff

we were right next to the staff laundry and it woke us up several times during our stay there
