seems to be remodeling and working on parking lot but being i was in construction work for over thirty years i

i really wanted a laundry service.

wifi didn t work and front desk night person didn t know the instructions were right in front

parking lot was a little hard to navigate to.

then he proceeded to tell me they also had a newborn sleeping back in laundry area

staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and hotel and room were very clean. family friendly

fitness room was well equipped and clean

comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, quality personal care products, nice pool

we wanted to use the guest laundry

we saved the last egg and sausage for the kids in line behind us

no tub no swimming pool due to renovation and no laundry or breakfast and no coffee maker

ended up with a basement room that smelled very musty, next to laundry

the bed was comfortable & the room was spacious. it also has microwave & fridge. allowed pets.

hotel was clean and queen bed suite was roomy. laundry was available which was nice.

i walked up in person to be told they are all in laundry, then told we will be given in 10 mins

i liked that it was pet friendly and the room didn t smell like pet.

had paid extra to get a room with a kitchenette as we cook due to our food restrictions

parking was only available in another hotel's lot and the walk back to the hotel is muddy and

potholes in parking lot

we arrived we waited at the desk for 10 minutes for the desk clerk who was doing laundry

given misinformation on working laundry facilities for guests

the gentleman at the checkout was so friendly he was busy folding laundry bless his heart when he still took

on site laundry, packing lot was very nice and plenty of light. place to sit outside and visit.

also, they didn t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed

the hotel laundry room door stood wide open, too; no one likes to see that

so i took them to the laundry room myself when we got back from the day

the laundry room was clean and in a highly accessible location

people were all in the parking lot and going in and out of the rooms all night long

me because that was the only way i could contact them since the check in/out area did not have wifi (but even

the beds are not queen size,no ample parking for trucks and trailers
